About the Role An opportunity to join a large, multi-faceted hospitality venue in a hands-on Assistant Manager position. The business operates across several revenue streams including gaming, multiple bars, restaurant service, and functions, creating a dynamic environment with strong, consistent trade. Working closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the venue - leading shifts, supporting the team, and ensuring service, compliance, and guest experience remain at a high standard across all areas of the operation. This role offers a 4-day work week with a rotating roster including one weekend on, one weekend off , providing a rare level of balance within a busy hospitality environment. About You We're seeking a capable and motivated hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced venues and enjoys being on the floor with their team.
